veknal: I think the racial changes are enough to cause some drop-off on the horde side of the player base making that faction imbalance even worse. However, from my playthrough on alliance and horde they seem to neglect the horde side in general with updates.

Developer Comment: Racials in Vanilla have always been a tricky topic. On one hand, they encourage diversity and avoid homogenization by having races excel in niches through unique traits, this fits Vanilla flavor perfectly. On the other hand however it is common knowledge that the Horde has always had the upper hand when it comes to combat racials, ***especially in PvP***. Our changes to these Racials sought to remedy this issue by keeping Racials unique and flavorful to their race while evening out the power of the outliers. That being said, after extensive discussions and player feedback we realize that some Racials were hit too hard while others got a little less love than they deserve.
Will of the Forsaken: Duration reduced from 5 to 3 seconds. Cooldown increased from 2 minutes to 2.5 minutes. Can now be used while under crowd control to break out as before. (Note the patch notes claim the duration is reduced from 4 to 3 seconds this is incorrect as the initial nerf was 5-4 seconds with it being unusable while CCed
Vengeance: Now only affects non-player Humanoids. (2% damage nerf in PVP only for undead)
Blood Fury: Attack Power bonus increased from 100% of your level to 200% of your level, no longer part of the global cooldown. (Hardness is no longer 25% Stun resistance and is now replaced with 15% stun duration reduction [more consistent however significantly worse but warranted])
Shadowmeld: Cooldown reduced from 3 minutes to 1 minute.
War Stomp: Duration increased from 1.5 to 2 seconds, cooldown increased from 2 minutes to 2.5 minutes.
Exit Strategy: No longer slows the user after sprinting.
Overall, still a massive L to ya horde players.

For the nerf - thats the only one I dont understand. 2 sec often are pretty close for a cast, 1,5 sec youll never get a cast out. Its just a kick now :/
KhannUurrr: Warrior Arms getting 600 armor pen with 2h hammers is something im super excited about (instead of chance to stun). Its like having around 1.5 extra sunder armors at lv 60

The best part of Twow is the leveling experience, the new changes wont take away that experience, you still won't be able to pull 3->4 mobs at the same time, mobs will still kick your ass if you don't play carefully .
