cyanophage4351: In TBC I'd say that escorting Thrall in the Old Hillsbrad Foothills was the worst.
In Cataclysm I'd say Deadmines is the worst. It's so long. And then there's the boss that vanishes for ages. Then you have to do the whole thing again.
Avatar1977: The worst dungeon in Mists was Scholomance, since it removed the original brilliant and atmospheric dungeon from classic and replaced it with a boring corridor with uninteresting bosses and an NPC that left everyone cold.
MrGojirad: Sunken Temple for classic was ugly, confusing and bloody tough whilst also not rewarding. the Scarlet Monastery remake in MoP was a complete shambles
rj5687: Old hillsbrad. The fact that they still haven’t sped up thrall to epic riding speed is just ridiculous.
TheNewLooter: As far as vanilla, RFK is a respectable choice for the worst dungeon, but RFD was actually peak.
nicoseaton4567: Siege of niuzao temple is by far the worst. Throw bombs, wait ages. Repeat like 9 times. The encounter bugged on you. Do it all again. You wiped, do the entire event again. Ridiculous design.
ethanlieske9678: I was surprised you didn't bring up vanilla sunken temple, took for ever to get to, had way to much trash and took forever to clear.
dancingbear1881: Throne of tides? The dungeon I hate the most is deadmines... It´s fun for the very first time, but after that... No, just sooo much RP...
Lazydino59: Gnomeragan by far is the worst dungeon imo. Literally I would shut the sound of the game off whenever I did it because the music was so annoying. Not to mention the wipes from not hugging the wall
16thCenturyDutchman: Not choosing Cata Deadmines is WILD
SeattleWill: Oculus defender here, I thought it was fun and even if you hated it it was at least interesting and unique. Azjol Nerub however was hella boring. One boss standing around waiting for the spider to do its thing with another underground for half the fight.
cervisiamdc114: hardly disagree on your cata choice. It is for sure deadmines. Takes with the RP event way too long to finish and no part is skippable. I am pretty sure it is the dungeon where people leaving the most on cata classic
Evan-mt7bc: I would have chosen
Classic - Sunken Temple, disgustingly long and in the MOP remake horrifically short, it's kinda incredible there's 2 iterations of this dungeon, 1 sucks for 1 reason and the other sucks for the exact opposite reason, there is no definitive version of this dungeon because they are both just downright awful.
Wrath - Halls of Stone, a 2 boss dungeon with 2 EXTREMELY LAZY reskinned optional TBC bosses, probably the most mind numbing add boss in the entire game and a final boss with probably the most annoying gimmick if it's not dead in 5 seconds. When they first released Titan Rune dungeons you would never see this dungeon because the initial scaling made the Brann add fight miserable and the last boss virtually impossible without a perfectly planned strategy.
Cata- Halls of Origination, an 8 boss dungeon that people only do 3 of. Objectively this has to be the most poorly executed dungeon in the entire game right?
BFA- Temple of Sethrallis, the only non Violet Hold dungeon to ever not be released into Mythic since M was created because of, honestly the entire dungeon. The council fight, the basketball section and the only dungeon boss you have to heal to full
Runner up Siege of Boralus for being the only dungeon with a legitimately right faction to play and the buggiest most nonfunctional bosses to ever exist.
Shadowlands- Spires of Ascension all the trash in this dungeon is obnoxious and the last boss is pure misery
Dragonflight- Halls of Infusion, garbage respawns, probably the worst respawns of any dungeon and I believe the only dungeon to ever have a boss completely deleted and reworked in a non remake dungeon?
War Within- Darkflame Cleft, You take candle and throw it in the fucking bin please
Orthane: BFA's worst was by far Motherlode. God I HATED that dungeon with a passion.
1stMjolnirMarkV: Wrath was the oculus. People would queue for random dungeons and would immediately bail even after waiting for an hour for the queue to pop. I still see people bail out of the Oculus during wrath time walking
