gurrtug9213: The quillboar on Exile's Reach are necromancers because they were forced into it by the ogres, who are also necromancers. These ogres aim to sacrifice a large number of souls to resurrect a dragon that will serve them. So, that's why the quillboar are using necromantic magic.
