matthewbeard7841: Hey Crendor! Just popping in to say that most of these wall arts would be called reliefs. It's an art style that exemplifies sculpted figures that are projected forward of a solid surface, usually stone or wood.
Keep up the great work!
spooksprings: Top 10 Pointless Skies? that will be atmospheric so many people forget to look up
lycanthropys8634: The barn in Westfall gives me Diablo vibes. Maybe Blizzard wanted to have a small Easter egg.
svart_kors: You threw in the Penguin wallpaper but not the Pineapple wallpaper? Scandalous!
fuzzypockets: In case you missed it, the last one was showcased in the Ansurek cinematic that was published before TWW release. That cinematic was also later part of the campaign. It's called "Threads of Destiny" on Youtube
MagusFlorren: Ooo!! This makes me think of something like pointless top 10 Boss Room floor art.
So many boss rooms have the craziest designs on the floor
Pepperjacky: Just in the nick of time to save my wall-art-less weekend. Thanks, Crendor.
siobhanifill5917: Have you ever thought about doing Pointless Top 10 Benches/Seating? There are a lot of cool places your character can actually interact with and actively sit. Thrones and city benches come to mind for me. Maybe you've done it, and I've missed it somehow. Anyway, great video!
spider-queen: this was an excellent list!! not only is it wonderful to look at these pieces of art again, but in my 20 years of playing I have never noticed those orcs heads on the human buildings, it's why this series is awesome, I'm still finding new things
Sagewinds: When material is added(typically tiles) to create a larger image, it's a mosaic.
When it's carved into the wall it's called a relief.
VinilsTheBest: Crendor going on a 2min long rant trying to make heads or tails out of an illustration that is very clearly just a viking head without ever even getting near the truth is the most crendor thing ever lmao
goldenkingproductions: I like to imagine Crendor sitting there seemingly AFK in that dungeon group for City of Threads, people in chat wondering why he's not doing damage or mechanics, and in reality hes just staring at the wall lol
evdomos: I also agree, the wall before the art is restored is unusually beautiful for WoW, especially for 2012.
Wildguy999: I really like the wall art in Aberrus in Neltharions sanctum, with him holding up the planet and the foreshadowing of Deathwing.
AspiringPhilanthropist: No. 9: Maybe those are the snake people from that zone. But then I watched again and those figures don't seem to have tails, so IDK.
S_i_n_t_a_x: Yo Crendor! I think those guys on the ship from the 9nth spot could possibly be Sethrak? The Trolls on the other "murals" or art pieces have tusks, and the guys on the ship don't. Plus they have very "snake-like" features. Idk, def something to consider. Love your vids man!! <3 : D
Retnoob: In the final mural, the ornate purple thing throwing out rays is probably a representation of Beledar in dark phase.
MrChristophSteininge: The artwork in Voldun is a "half relief" also called "mezzo rilievo". A kind of sculpture that is a sort of a 3D picture with the individual sculptures not standing out totally.
HiddenEvilStudios: It's safe to assume that those are waves at #5, as the Pterrordax even has a fish in its beak...snout...thing.
aksen303: Your channel is like a pleasant journey into the world of creativity. Thank you for sharing your talent and inspiring us!
MegaChickenfish: I always laugh at how in the trial of style they reused the room with the giant kil'jaeden wall art and just put a banner over it. When we revisit the Sunwell they actually do the same thing. It's like we're not taking it down, it's too cool a wall art, but we'll just put a banner over it, it's fine.
ms.chrixi: Had to wake up at 6:00am for a new job and this is making me feel not as bad about being awake at this ungodly hour
sharp475: The Deathwing ones near the end of Abberus are also really good.
