I was playing a forsaken rogue like the edgy teenager I was but then I ran into her in neutral territory. I don't remember her name but her chipper "how can I help ya?" melted my undead heart. Bless that voice actress. That's the moment I decided to play alliance instead. My main became a helpful, pink haired gnome priest lady.

I did check in with the lads on Ogrimmar beforehand, stating in public chat: "guys, I'm thinking about defecting, anyone feel like changing my mind?" and the only response I got was "defecating?"

I love roleplay servers.

waveeyes: One I'd nominate is Meerah. Not only did she write a song for her pet alpacas, but everytime she shows up she's so wholesome. Even if you click her to the point where she gets angry she'll snap and say that she wishes they (the Voldunai) hadn't saved you but then immedeately appologises for losing her temper.
