Xiknyn: You don't need to say super bad things to get banned. It's a point-based system. If you call someone "trash" and get reported, it just adds a point to your punishment threshold. If you used slurs or told them to kill themselves or threatened them, it'd add 200 points (this is just an example). The thing is, you trash talk so much so consistently, that your little 1 point reports finally put you over the threshold for being punished.

Icicleyo: I also had a 7day suspension last friday for "abusive chat". Since I got silenced for 7 days prior in Dragon Flight for literally saying "please use cooldown's accordingly :)", I MAKE SURE to DISABLE CHAT completely when doing shuffles. STILL I got a 7day BAN out of the blue without even being able to type, for "Abusive Chat". This company is a FKn joke straight up.

Aysentaro: at one time got Muted for a month and while i was already halfway serving the ban they hit me with a second ban for 6 month, just think about it they claimed i abused chat while i was already muted which is physically impossible, on top of that multiple times asked them for logs of abuse and they refused to give any evidence, i did not used mic ever not even had one plugged in
