Aurelioris: I mean regarding pvp it shows Quinn doesn't know what he's talking about. The past 4 seasons we had slight bonuses for chasing end game pve items from mythic raiding in rated arena, including the legendary weapons.

Those effects are nerfed in pvp, but they're still there, and they're still a slight advantage, which is exactly what he wants. I have no reasons to believe TWW will be any different, he's judging pvp gearing based on the pre season gear which is just a portion of the game, he's not evaluating m , he's not evaluating raid items (excluding trinkets), and the conquest gear.

Like he just made a wow review on end game when end game is not even out yet like ???????????????

It takes 5~15 minutes to get to anywhere.
Half of my time in game is spent on a mount or flying.
It's not fun.
It's the same path, same scenery, same everything over and over a thousand times.
There's no rally stones, no summoning, everything takes eternity. Half of the time you “play” you are waiting for someone or something.
It's ok if somebody out there likes it.
There's also an easy solution for them.
Just run or ride land mount.
Personally, I just think it's boring as hell.
I quit playing in Cata and only came back because flying is free and faster.
In classic, everything is 100 times slower if not more and 1000 times more grindy. I didn't play WOW because it's a walking simulation.
While on the topic of boring. You have to grind for reputation and resistance gear before you start your raid.
That means you have to be like one of those chinese farmers and spend hours and hours everyday for weeks if not months dealing with millions and millions of trash mobs to get what you need in order to play the part of the game that you want.
There's no weekly quest, no daily quest, nothing. Just turn in billions of rep items you farmed for reputation.
I have no idea how I managed. That was just crazy.
I'm sorry but it's boring as hell in my honest opinion.
I can't imagine going back to that.
cranberryJOOSE: Basically what I'm hearing is, players - like Quin and Asmon - get destroyed in retail PvP because everyone's on an even footing. They're used to destroying people with their BiS PvE gear, but can't do that in retail anymore. They're essentially making everyone aware that they're carried by gear. Because lets be real for a second.. high level PvE is much easier than high level PvP. You can do Heroic Raids with no experience in raiding. I've even done some Mythic Raid bosses, and I rarely ever PvE, most expansions doing none at all. Last time was in Shadowlands, I was genuinely surprised at how easy PvE was, and yet people struggle with it.. those are the people that you come across in PvP that have been playing for 20 years and can't PvP. PvP players can jump into PvE and perform well, but PvE players can't jump into PvP because its too fast paced. I'm not saying that's the case for everyone, but in my experience, PvE is insanely easy and simple. Its just a script, and PvP is a lot less scripted, because you're not fighting NPCs. Best PvE thing I did was Mage Tower, solo, no one else to rely on, and it was fun, basically like an old school game vibe of dodging stuff whilst killing stuff. That was fun. But aside from that PvP is literally the only thing I play and the honor transfer they've added is amazing. I fully geared 1 horde character, and just blasting BGs as horde for faster queues, then transferring all the honor to my alliance characters. Long story short; PvP gearing is amazing, PvE players need to just accept it and focus on the aspect of the game that they want to play. Why complain about something you have little participation in? It's like me saying PvE is too easy when I rarely do it. I'm sure the majority of PvE players are going to disagree.
