Jaeden_Phoenix: The fact that this story has been going on since 5.10 (which released late 2018) and I haven't spoken to a single person that gives a shit about whats going on speaks volumes to how much the dev team listens to their community. I think we've made our stance fairly clear. Wrap this shit up, give us something actually interesting that respects what our characters are.

princehadesplayz9160: Should’ve clarified though. Players don’t want the main story to end just the Malgus and Mando storyline. The main storyline is SUPPOSED to be endless. that’s what the original devs said. But that alone could change with how crappy things have been with this dev team.

The game itself needs to be upgraded not just story. But the this dev team is extremely stubborn and rarely talk if not talk at all to the players. If the game dies out in no way shape or form is it the players and YouTubers faults. The fault and blame lies with the devs and their staff team who cannot even accept simple suggestions without getting angry or even banning players who just wanna help. By no means are YouTubers like Boomy and the others and of course the players are being mean or rude. What new players do not understand is that we older players who a lot are vets of the game have been dealing with this far longer then a great many new players. So if we come out as annoyed, rude or mean that ultimately isn’t the case at all. We have been dealing with it longer and already know how the devs are and their staff team are. We gave chances and now we are putting our foot down and saying we want change and we need change

loucypher3914: Thankfully the vanilla content is that good. I'm just playing the old stories and leveling alts. Next to the seasons (PvE & PvP) that distract me quite nicely. I love the game but I #@ € the dev team for doing nothing. Date nights and 2 quests for decorations is not enough.

ProphetPX: boomy, i hate saying this because i am not a fan of WoW (*tried it, basically hated it, got bored super fast) but WoW has basically just spoiled you .... because yeah i know they do put out a ton of updates on the regular..... and i doubt they TOTALLY IGNORE their ENTIRE PLAYER BASE like SWTOR is doing and has been doing for YEARS :(

user-g38fib48: A few things off the top of my head that I would like to see announced in the next dev stream:

-Updated graphics engine coming, with the option to also use the classic engine, including unmodernized faces

-New class stories, including classic companion involvement, and decisions that actually matter

-New combat syles: 1 for each main storyline.

-New optional group content

-A quick way to give companions 1,000 gifts

-A way to further customize companion abilities. Like a mix n' match between DPS and heals.

-Make HK-51 great again

-Currency simplifications

-Various bug fixes like getting stuck in objects, terrain, or doors. Or the one where companions appear to move around while laying down.

What will likely be announced in the next dev stream:

-Another chapter in LotS that involves more mandalorian infighting

-A cut scene of that Twi'lek jedi

-Expected annual event announcements

-Minor bug fixes of things most people have never heard about and don't effect gameplay in any way

TheWriterBrothers: Development for this game has been abysmal since launch. First from moving away from class stories to faction stories which could have been sustainable, but bringing things to a singular narrative was the biggest mistake. I understand some people like KOTET/KOTFE. Great. Happy for you. For the rest of us, we've put up with the excuses. "We can't do class stories cause it's alot involved and blah blah blah-" if there was no real viable plan to continue class stories, then they shouldn't have been the staple at launch.

What stories are players replaying the most? Which stories do players tell their friends about that got them most excited for SWTOR? Exactly...

I still love this game for what it is and I wish it could go for another 10 years. ANd I hope it does. But let's not kid ourselves, our game pretty much peaked out of the gate and hasn't been as good since...

Spamsmoothie1701: I quit the game just after Legacy of the Sith came out. I occasionally login to do the single-player story content but there hasn't been much to catch up on. I used to play this game pretty hardcore but between bonehead decisions with gearing, bad balancing decisions and a lack of content, I just don't have much of a reason to play anymore.
