XoADREADNOUGHT: The AAA game comment has nothing to do with quality. He said that because of the cost. People don't seem to understand that AAA in gaming doesn't mean the game is high quality. Tons of AAA games fail miserably and are objectively bad quality. AA, AAA, and now this Quadruple A, refer to how much it cost to make it. And that goal post has changed with inflation, but AA generally means under twenty million USD. AAA is above that. And I bet he said Quad A because it cost more than any other game ever made - and he knew it.

You could pay ONE THOUSAND people $100,000 a year, for EIGHT AND A HALF YEARS for some of these valuations. There is simply no way they spent that much actually devoloping a game or making a movie. This is money laundering at worst, and at best they are pissing away investor money on vacations, hotel rooms, room service, and anything else written down as a buisness expense.
