My first thought: "Not a good Feature for Newbys, maybe". Otherwise we don't know the "spawn chance rate".

Imagine: You are in the Hubac-Twins-Event against Armand/Hubac, next to you is a SeaMonster, the Dragon spawns, if it's Night the Mangoodin spawns, and right after end of Hubac-Fight LiTiangNing spawns.
In Addition: You have at least 10 of both "Enemy Items" from Chor-Fleet and Plaguebringer to force them to spawn.

Furthermore, i wish Ubisoft doubles the Serverslots (from 20 to 40). Because in my case i mostly encounter only arounf 15-17 Players, and therefore the world feels so much empty.
