WyomingW44: Bonecrusher Demon Horn Necklace enables a lot of good AFK combat too. Personally I like to AFK at Ravenous Ghouls with a Blood Essence equipped to make them aggro. Pick up the Congealed Blood and Mort Myre Fungus. It's like 800k exp/hr with Turmoil and Laniakea's Spear with virtually no expenses.
