Both Dylan and Desmond are consistently good at scoring and Dylan is good at both scoring and disrupting opponents by bumping them and blowing them up. Yet, Leland is defending the fuck out of their goal. Leland definitely deserves more credit for defending against 2 of the big 3.... consistently.

Mark - Noni Madueke
There’s a lot of talent there but wow, they are inconsistent. They both can score incredible goals and miss some howlers all in the same game. They are both driven by the selfish need to score which affects their decision making. But sometimes that selfishness can come in clutch for the team.

Ben - Kevin DeBruyne
He is just everywhere on the pitch. The ultimate team player. He can score, assist, and even do a little defense. The majority of Mark’s goals are set up by Ben’s great play. These are the qualities of a GOAT midfielder.

Leland - Virgil van Dijk
They are both so calm defending the goal and rarely make defensive mistakes under pressure (at least now). He can even pop up with an occasional goal now and then. Almost never misses the ball and has great ball control for a defender.

Dylan - Moises Caicedo
They both have some skill on the ball but choose to use their physical presence to disrupt the other team. They both are more helpers than star players but are crucial to their team’s success. Oh, and both occasionally make horrendous errors through their rash play that can cost their team (more last year’s Caicedo than this years)

Des - Bruno Fernandes
At first, this may seem like an unfair comparison because Bruno has been terrible lately, but hear me out. When things are going well, they both are some of the most skilled players in the game, capable of both scoring and assisting with great quality. But when things are going poorly, they both have a tendency to crash out by making rash decisions or lashing out at teammates (to be fair, Des has improved on that in this stream)

Ippi - Gabriel
Both of these guys are monsters at center back and defend their goal with ferocity. They are both very vocal and can be hotheaded at times. They both have started scoring a few more goals as well. Lastly, an occasional crash out can lead to costly mistakes sometimes.

zera2964: Damn Mark really improving. In just a week or so he can hit 1 or 2 aerials, hit wall shots and tricky angles etc. Leland on the other hand...

I'm kidding, Leland made some clutch saves, and was more assertive in defence
quinesan: 3 pieces of advice, RDC World:

- Double tap X/A double jumps. Hold a direction with it and it lunges in that direction (with speed).

- When you boost enough and get those purple trails, you're going supersonic (the fastest). That's when bumps destroy opponents.

- Boost pushes you. Point the back of the car down and it pushes you up.
Black-Moustache: Here's some basic tips.
FLYING/AERIALS: Don't always hold and boost before the jump, you'll be too fast and miss the most air time you can get from the jump. You can either tap jump and boost at the same time (twice for double jump) or double jump (hold jump to get higher) angle your car like 45 degrees then "feather" your boost by tapping/mini holding and releasing the boost. You don't want just hold boost in the air or you won't be able to fully control it. You want to take your time with the aerials and using boost. Kinda like Gold with Friends on the stages when you get the jetpack or the wings. This is more for high air balls, the ones you watch 10 seconds for it to come down and are in the middle of the field. If the ball is coming down fast, then holding boost and angling up will help you reach it quicker.

AIR ROLL(Powerslide/Drift when on the ground): I would advise changing your air roll button to L1/LT (that's the scoreboard button, not that important), it's one of the most important buttons to use when trying to control yourself in the air because trying to press X and O or A and B as well as Y/Square is less comfortable. It's easier to press the trigger button rather doing some weird claw technique. It allows you to jump, boost and power slide/air roll at the same time if you change it to L1/LT or R1/RT. This will make it easier for you angle yourself in the air and aim the front of your car towards the ball more.

BACKWARDS FLIP: You can backwards flip like you forwards flip instead of just reversing, it's faster and you can easily get back rather. Also, when you out of boost just forward flip with powerslide/air roll twice to reach max speed (purple trail on your wheel), when you are at that speed, you don't need to press boost anymore.

GOALKEEPING: Try not to be stationary. You need momentum and speed to stop higher aimed shots. That's where you wanna double jump (hold jump) and boost tap boost at the same time to get a bit higher. The jump when the car sounds like its out of air. Being parked and doing a front flip ain't gonna help you and will prevent you getting caught from a fast break as you won't be starting from parked. It's better to be slightly outside your goal angled towards the ball, always in some motion even if slow.
Also, just driving in low ground shots with speed/boost is better for clearing the ball out than doing front flip hits into the ball. It usually keeps the ball grounded and slows the hit. Front flip is good for slightly elevated balls or when it's off the ground if you it right to boom it to the other side of the map.

Always have boost, never waste it.

Stop trying to hit the ball when it's directly on top of you, that's the worst possible view for yourself and it probably means you aren't moving so you won't get that much movement on the ball other than just up again. If the ball is directly up like that then you should be far away enough from it to see your own car then that's when you would try an aerial hit. Just waiting for it to drop isn't the best.
Try adjusting your camera settings if things still look weird to you. Not many people play on default settings so you can get your perception of the ball better.

Or just play the tutorials. You'll realise basics you didn't know and massively improve. There's still stuff you guys don't know yet that you should. You can't just play and hope you learn when there's no one vastly better to learn off or to watch. I see you guys do good things by accident but then never do them again cuz you don't know what you actually did lol
