- the last upgrade for the town-hall will cost you 100.000 gold, so beware

- if you are trying to collect 100.000, there is a challenge that requires you to have 250.000 gold at once in your town treasury, so HOLD!

- once you've completed the 250k gold challenge, you can remove 100.000 from the treasury so you can upgrade your town-hall to maximum.

dspursuer: I'd say the first prio would be to upgrade your mine to max since you will get more ore and, more importantly, more gold for it, and then go for the townhall

xxseesxx9234: Pro tip for good disenchanting rares, you can use the bad rares from shipping, they usually are level 86 and have high tier mods that salvage for more than the average id rare

mikedollevoet2170: the items from shipping with that you don't want to sell are usually 8-10k dust, easier than looking for rares in maps
