S3frog: A clarification about rage vortex of berserking: you can use it again when above 10 rage to reset the rage decay. My starter berserker sustains that skill by using it every now and then, though it falls off if packs are too far apart from each other.

Im playing frost blades slayer and these with my attack speed are giving me perma uptime on rage AND berserk. its like 50% MORE dmg? Completely insane. Im guessing 0 rage on hit is still rage on hit? according to poe logic
