Palsteron inspired me to go archmage ball lightning of static in Necropolis and honestly it's the smoothest damn league start I've ever had, it literally smashes content without gear and if you vendor recipe and bench craft two lightning wands you're owning. Ended up tranfserring into ice nova of frostbolts by goratha for endgame because it was able to push further. But it was quite an investment to make that comfortable so I do recommend the respec route to get to the ice nova version of archmage.

That's not a critisism btw, to list every worthy creator of build guides would be actually insane, this community is an absolute gold mine if you know where to prospect. Just wanted the two that helped me most last league to get their due credit as well.
