custompains7905: Even GGG said they cant test everything, that the best way to test things is by us players. So they dropped the nerf bat on all the stuff that was played a lot because they have the data they wanted/needed on those interactions. So basically now we are Beta testers for the new content coming out in 0.20. Much easier to collect and review data if the player base is playing/using the things you wish to beta!!!

LA is in synergy with Lightning Rod, which got a huge nerf (chained for 14 times to 6 times). Additionally, Wind Dancer and Evasion were nerfed. Leaving aside the ranges of Herald of Thunder and Herald of Ice because they may not matter too much, you also have to look at the tree. Master Fletching Natobale Passive Skill and all 4 small passives - much worse than before the patch.

And in general, we still don't know how exactly the gem stats will change.

sanddunesppo5170: For anyone leveling deadeye an option that was really good that i liked alot was going radiant grief lace hood death harp dualstring bow gas arrow once you got to act 2. With a death rush emarald ring you would zoom through campain up to cruel endgame. Not sure if this will still be viable but thought id share if any of these items end up being less expensive early league maybe. On my side probably gonna try smith of kitava early on or lich.
