Tibasu: I'd want a marker of some kind on the HP bar letting me know where the cull range is when I have a skill capable of culling.

jonmcfluffy9699: my guess for slayer would be "increase effect of culling strike against rare and unique monsters" like 100% would make it cull rares at 20% and bosses at 10%.
