jimtendo6t4: I need a fresh economy reset IRL please
Zelendes: Yup. Boomers had the golden age handed to them.
chubbybubbers13: 165D for some items in poe 2 and I've had a grand total of like 5D in 150H lol
garymcmillan6943: Thats actually the perfect explanation for people that dont understand economics. Kudos to you.
shawnpodlesak2498: Perfect analogy.
whatthecluck6874: Some people dont realize starting in an economy late blows.. and completely miss his point.
edwardtan7283: In an old economy, you either need a parent that gives you 250d to start the game, or work 9-5 to grind for the 5d, in about 7 days you may purchase your first ingenuity.
In a new economy you'll either give your 250d to your "kid" in 3 months, or pay someone 5d buy the omens you're about to gamble away.
dookieffs: SSF IS THE WAY BOIZ
RickyRugburn007: My mom “work harder.”
KrigHammar: Oooor, just play SSF. More fun, less stress about economy, longer progress, more fun. You're welcome
JH-un1vt: Its not going to matter it going to skyrocket immediately...watch.
NotSoFast71: Just like in World of Warcraft. When everyone in the game is new and broke, a stack of copper bars was 5 silver. Fast forward to when everyone is max level and has lots of gold, the same stack is 500 gold.
DavidsonPaulo: I actually stopped playing the game after I realized that any minor improvement to my character would require me at least 15 days of grinding. The expensive items are probably being rotated within a small group of elite players.
shawn4387: Fresh economy does almost nothing for games it’s a trash system that gives you the illusion of a fresh game
umbasa01: Logic only applies if people don't know how the economy will go.
danmielcarek2234: Came here for entertainment, not to feel..
LetiferTV: humm but if you are in a fresh economy in a game at the start everything will be more expensive because there is less of said item, as time advances that same item will be cheaper because there will be more of it
bradjones7491: This is why playing games unlocks the true knowledge, you experience the truth only on a magnified scale.
Stock traders have nothing on POE Traders.
MrGazzyoung: This is great but think of it this way - You need to farm all the items and do the hard work yourself as your parents can't boost you :)
Sivart-508PIR: Absolutely, Just got my first toon to lvl 92 and Reached 100 Exhalts, 6Divines. I can't afford to buy shit. All I really wanted to buy was an omen to save XP. Not in todays economy.
andishawjfac: Just stop eating avocados and cancel your netflix, you will get loads more divines!
kendac5493: If I was born into my parents economy, I would be a billionaire right now.
maeshughessr369: Sure, a new economy will help me. Somewhat. Doesn't help I'm with a lot of others only getting a handful of divines to drop. So again, as time passes, I've got 10 divines sitting in my stash while the super sweats have hundreds.
corruptfaith6674: In a "new economy you're less fcked". Nah, you just get to realize that ppl that play 12 hrs a day are gonna be rich, and you're still gonna be poor.
topperharley42: Starting a new character fucking sucks and is a waste of time. I like the have and put a lot of hours into it. I'm not about to just start all over. Their model is severely flawed
Roland597: This is actually the reason a huge chunk of ARPG players quit mid season. Chase items become crazy expensive for your 10-20h / wk player, and they realize that they cannot catch up. Meanwhile that player that played like 70 hrs that first week can hoard items early and sell them for huge "profit" mid season. Getting like 2-3 builds at least.
Fresh economies at least level the playing field every few months. Plus, the new content is usually pretty good.
