ebon227: to be honest, a bit bait. Most of these insane stuff you will get way later, like this enchant which is literally 2/3 of your dps. Also, it will not be 50% in 95% cases. Approx 40% (30-50% range). These runes may be insanely expensive and hard to get to be honest.

MatuzalemJr: Sorry to burst your bubble, but the triple Warcry setup will only exert your attacks and won't grant buffs:

Call to Arms: Has been renamed to Autoexertion. It now reserves 15% Mana per Supported Warcry to cause those Warcries to be repeatedly triggered. Autoexertion Support can now support multiple Warcries, and no longer causes Warcries to share Cooldowns. It now grants Supported Skills 0–19% increased Cooldown Recovery Rate (previously 30–11% reduced Cooldown Recovery Rate), and now has <<"Supported Warcries do not grant Buffs or Charges to you or Allies">>

ludiquus: You might want to overthink the Idea of Autoexerting every Warcry.

"Supported Warcries do not grant Buffs or Charges to you or Allies"

This means no "more Armour" from Seismic(So only AoE), no "Phys as Extra Fire" from Infernal(Making it only trigger Combustion), no Movespeed from Intimidating(I guess one can live with that lol) and most importantly no "added Extra Attack Damage" via Rallying Cry as these are all "Buffs" from the Warcry and not the Exertions Bonus Effect.
