Corp Beast rolls the gem drop table 12/512 times, with 10 rolls occuring...so when you hit that the Dragon Spear is a thing at a rate of 1/233,017. Coupled with the three tertiary drops also existing and I think we have a top 3 contender on our hands....

The three in a row could come on kills 25, 26, 27 or come on kills 186, 187, 188 and both would be considered equally special in those circumstances. That makes b2b2b a 1/10,000, rolled each time you get an unsired and then attempt another two kills.
