TacettheTerror: Guthix rests are actually pretty useful. Made 1,000s of them on my HCIM before the update as they are healing with no tick delay, can overheal, and don't reduce stats. If they were easier to obtain they would be best in slot food at nearly every boss for about half an inventory, but currently their full process of obtaining makes them a bit overkill on most bosses unless really not wanting to die.

The way to make them after the update is barely any better as have to buy all the bowls, buy all the cups, farm all the herbs, humidify the bowls, 2 tick cock them 1 at a time, vertical column combine, and after all that the new update then makes it so 5 can be made in 1 click rather than 20.
