Being a noob rocks: learning, earning upgrades, and figuring out gear and gold keeps it exciting. Early-game items are cheap enough for newbies to grab without much grind. OSRS’s early game is S-tier—packed with progression and variety.

nycfcistrash2097: You can get full lumberjack outfit in like 3 runs on temple trekking. Kill the lumberjacks, I think it’s a 1/4 drop rate for all parts and they have like 10 hp level 20s or something. Took me 3 minutes to get all parts. Save your anima bark

Blue-pk9dp: Just a heads up, you can literally buy the rune pouch with one of the noted rune pouch tickets for 3 - 4m on the GE these days so for those of you looking to avoid a longer time grinding one out with points it's now available to just buy :)

Wubblr: Smouldering stones are now a lot cheaper for folks wanting to use those for skilling purposes. When i bought one 2 years ago it was 7m and they're now a little over 2m. 5m is a big discount to a new/low level account! personal favorite is teh infernal axe. Making bank trips less frequent when AFKing

ultralightjay7793: i wholeheartedly, 100% do not recommend the last tip, especially for new players. if you’re gonna buy gear, farm the gold for it. why are we suggesting P2W methods that will inevitably trivialize most early content? does this not completely ruin the experience of progression in an MMO?

TCHrulez: levels>gear, its kinda true but not really and depends on your current gear/levels. If you dps calc your character with your current gear vs max gear the difference can be enormous but current gear and levels vs max level combat the difference could be tiny. I think the true difference is skill>gear

At date of this video posting a bond is like 14 mil. this is EASILY enough money to coast through the early game. in the early game money is suuuuch a hinderance. it may seem lame to "buy gold" but your enjoyment of the game will go up

XPIgamer: very good video altough I disagree with the buying bonds part, if you are a returning or an alt making person then yes sure but the early game and mid game is arguably the most fun part of the game. There is so much progression to be gained and your first 1m drops are the best feeling in the world so skipping that by buying bonds you are robbing yourself of a great experience. If you have the money to buy bonds just buy membership instead and experience the game how its intended would be my advice.
