jimsmalleimb7709: Tom Selleck DID end up playing an Indiana Jones type character in a film called "High Road to China" in which he plays a drunken WW1 ace pilot taking a rich girl into China to find her missing father. The movie seems mostly forgotten but is one of my favourites.... but then it's got airplanes in it so I am biased anyway. Maybe Dan could do that one some day too.

I went with my Mum and Gran. We stayed and saw it twice that day.

andyny29: Raiders is one of the greatest movies ever! Many years ago, I met Karen Allen at a sci-fi convention in Manhattan NY. She is one of the truly nicest people ever! I liked Dial of Destiny despite its flaws. The first 15 minutes and the last half hour, when they go back to Archimedes time, are the best parts of the movie. The rest of Dial is meh! Thanks for sharing this, Dan!

So, the ARK - my Ark- is displayed in my toy collection.
