cruiser332: Since I have been playing RE Blade ever since Argussy times Tier 4 looks like a huge W for it. Sad to see that Surge gets stronger and stronger and they somehow want that all to be behind hardcore trimmed timing. RE being "easier" I was always for Surge doing more damage, they deserve it. But now they are more equal than ever (Surge still higher) but Surge looks incredibly stressful to play, so much so that it doesnt even look worth it...
