uncletickles1387: Just starting the video, but what I'll say is... a free to play game that you got 8k hours of enjoyment out of. Sounds like a great game. Everything runs is course eventually. Never going to find a game or anything else that you want to do forever. Still plenty of room for improvement of course.

AGS set for years on botters / rmt users, still let them (look at saturn and others) let off easily once caught.

AGS sat over 10 days on a huge exploit (igniter server), absolutely unacceptable.

AGS lied to us over and over again.

AGS doesnt give out legendary full skin set, worth over 500k, afaik SG gave 1 full or even 2 full sets out, russia gave 1.

AGS doesnt properly declare what is when exactly coming at times, road map is full of holes, and when they claim, they come back to us, i've never seen a reasonable time update.

AGS, unlike tencent, doesnt address any regional gaming issues. while i dont expect AGS be at level of tencent in terms of class balancing, some adjustments AGS could have done in terms of ingame shop (to expensive, to shit), in terms of event adjustments, in terms of discussing more with SG of our problems (AGS would just need to listen to the community and extend it to SG).

you saying AGS is the best publisher for korean games in the west. makes no sense, i also constantly hear negatives about throne and liberty (no personal knowledge there, i stay far far away from any AGS published games, for 100% sure).

f1nsher: After completing every island quest, I thought they would add more content like that, but that never happened. New classes are really nice, but raiding as the main content really soured the experience for me. Today, I only do solo content because there's no real way to comfortably play with random people. It's a shame that so much potential is wasted.

Edit :AGS does suck, they have not done enough about bots, rmt and bussing for the past 3 years until very recently which is too late.

itisthefear: u just lost interest in the game with PoE II, i hopped in a couple of your streams and you were just bored with the game, it's just the natural course of things. The game is objectively in a better state than what it was 2 years ago. AGS has made a lot of improvements, maybe it;'s a little too late, but im still happy they are trying to make the game better.

ShuffleAssi: This is the first video you made for Lost Ark for a long time and I 100% agree with you. The game needs huge changes still, AGS has good ideas but sadly every update has some downside to it that was not thought out well enough.

We need the new players to have a good time, there are always some new players but 95% of them will not stay.

Most of the veterans still love the game but its more like homework to us as we wait for new content...I keep believing in AGS and also in Smilegate to find a solution instead of loosing players all the time. The Koreans are not happy either with the state of the game, our version is a lot better compared to theirs tbh but for new players its still pain. Progression events should give new players a free 1640 char but I still think doing a normal playthrough is really nice to do 1 time. So maybe tying the progression event to events in the story for new players would be great? Maybe if you invite people to do a normal playthrough to boost a secondary character of yours to safe the gold cost would be a great add to the game? Back in the days I loved experiencing the game the first time. People nowadays just boost till endgame and they do not play the game at all imo...

There is nothing yo ucan realistically give in feedback that will change the game in a meaningful way because player bases do not react the way we think they are going to react.

Fact of the matter is that Lost Ark is a much better game than 99% of the MMO landscape, especially terms of actually letting the player play the game.

Lost Ark runs better than most anything else(performance wise), and treats players at a good margin between handing stuff out and makign them work for it.

The real problem is the hypernegativity that has surrounded the game, and the blatant refusal of people to realize they are over reacting and being dramatic, not realizing how much of the industry is VASTLY WORSE.

It reminds me inverse of WoW players. No matter how bad the game gets WoW players constantly defend it and go right back.

At the end of the day, Im playing LA and not FF14, or WoW, or GW2.

4000 hours into lost ark and I see no reason to go to any other MMO or... replacement of any sort. MMOs died for me years ago. Lost Ark was my last stand.

FearNLoathing88: yup i have 6.5k hours loved the game hated the companys and direction....really sad to see and know what the game could of been with proper mangement and direction. if combat and raids like this exists we really need somone to take these ideas/feel but make an actual good game out of it.

boredhuon: all these problems seem bad, but as a returning lost ark player coming from maplestory i bursted out laughing when you even mentioned that hellhole. if the living conditions of lost ark was a prison, then maplestory is an eldritch crucible that would stretch the sanity of the mind. every problem mentioned in the video is worse trillion folds in maplestory, with lost ark seeming like a utopia paradise in comparison.
