Sereath: Hopefully Cele will really start to become popular for large scale WvW. It needed to be nerfed years ago. Cele vs 3 or 4 stats is almost like equipping two gear sets at the same time, stats amount wise. (iirc cele has 74%-59% more stats than any other option)
