nadine5616: There is a new mastery that you have to complete to see the vendor it's called the wayfinder mastery. I also noticed they added 1 more guild slot so we can have 6 guilds to be a part of instead of 5.

i think the rates are good in the sense that it wont take away from the core activities to change the way things are obtained, but its nice as a "visit once in a while" kind of NPC to get rid of excess shit
