melinnamba: I play open world pretty much exclusively. I could live without quickness and alacrity. The only class that to me feels unbearably slow without quickness is warrior, the rest are fine. It's fascinating to me that some people have gotten so used to those boons.

wojciechszatko: I personally think alac and quick are not really good for the gameplay of certain classes/builds. Some classes have it very nicely implemented into their kit with herald being the best example of that. You basically do what you'd normally do, even if you didn't have quickness built into your build. On the other side there are builds like heal druid that need to sacrifice their big healing buttons in order to provide alac to their team.

I was told it used to be you need Druid for Solo heal and Spirits, Berserker for Banners (banner slave), Firebrand for Stab/Aegis and Chronomancers for Quick/Alac that is 6 set roles and the rest of the 4 slots were flexible.

Now days you run Healer with BoonDPS pairing Alac and Quick together and then slap 6 random dps on No-Kit cMech and any old raid is laughable easy
