Carlcss: I liked the build, I made some modifications to my taste and I'm going to share it.

I changed the infusions to 7 Concentration Infusions and the rest to Precision Infusions.

I changed the chest to Diviner.

I changed the Relic of Zakiros to Relic of Rivers. (But on Legendary boss I suspect that Zakiros is better)

Thanks for the build Syrma, it opened up a range of possibilities that I ignored for so long.

Wraithbound1: You can run this whole build with Illusions 2-2-1 instead of Domination. That line with Chaos allows you to maintain all of your boons with only 20-30% boon duration. I just make sure to bring Celerity sigil on one set and Rage sigil on the other. This means you can take more aggressive gear and runes if you want. I recommend running Strength sigil on Dagger/Sword and Frailty on Spear, this just makes up for each weapon sets lacking access to these effects.
