JaffasYoutube: Interesting speculations in the comments but none are quite correct. This is not hack or 3rd party tool by any means. Hacks cannot modify server-side attributes such as health, healing power or armour. What you are seeing is the exploit of a bug unique to elementalist. Technically this is "cheating", but they aren't using "cheats". The player is doing this intentionally as it not something that occurs during regular gameplay unlike many other more common bugs you see within combat.

Zeferres: Ele main here and yes this is a cheat. Rare one but it's not new. A warrior was using it like a year ago. It's on youtube somewhere (Willbender channel I recall). They use it on sustain specs to make it less obvious. Report it and most likely they will be banned.

For those in doubt, D/D sig cata can get about 8-9k healing without a water sphere (which is not used here) but that requires 3 skills including the resto signet and about ~2.5s of cast time. Based on %s from dmg received, this ele has about 19.5k hp so the kind of healing you see here is not possible with any skills in that amount of time.

Even if they were using water sphere (they aren't) it would take ~6-7 seconds for a wombo heal combo. The instant 14k heal a few seconds after the instant 8k heal won't happen legit since no ele skills can do that with signet of restoration.

BishieBishie: The desync is done intentionally, you can have your hitbox sit somewhere you are not so you dont get hit. If you ever see that one incredible player who jumps into groups and seemingly takes no damage, usually why. There is a 20 minute video showing how it works somewhere. Sometimes you will notice if you target them, let go of mouse and shoot, your character will shoot another direction.
