FrostyTheCookie: I'd consider him the second best All Star. What you're probably feeling is his exceptional projectile velocity, bordering on hitscan that allows him to easily even hit peashooters out of the air. His DPS is inferior to Reg Star (who is the best all star,) but also Baseball Star. Baseball is largely outclassed by Reg however, while Hockey actually has a reason to pick him over reg. Those super fast moving shots are super practical in many situations that you could justify using him over Reg's longer firing time and better dps.
