Boretooth: Nerfs are common in MMOs, but I'm never seen an MMO that seems to nerf nearly everything patch after patch after patch like GW2 does.

moathphoenix: IDK how they decide on these nerfs i mean 90% of players base are pve and they have access to database just adjust these who are overpowered dps beasts and buff these who are useless in pve end game like mirage...

Buran01: Too busy in PoE II to even care about playing GW2 lately, to be honest...

vaddick: The devs for balance in this game are so complete crap. They continuously nerf PVE instead of balancing other professions and specs to those performing to the levels they broke them to. WHY DO YOU NEED LEGENDARY ARMOR??????????????? Cause the balance devs are children. You wouldnt need to constantly change armor, Runes, weapons, and sigils if the game was balanced well. You wouldnt need to spend 300 gold every patch to optimize if it was actual HORIZONTAL PROGRESSION. I mean you have builds doing 46k dps. but Rifle Mech is still too strong? Hizen has to redo builds all the time because the balance team is dumb. Its pretty pathetic at this point. EVERY OTHER GAME with PVE and PVP modes have their skills seperate. Not this game they just nerf it all one way or the other.

WHY nerf PVE? Just settle on a DPS and attune all builds to it. if its 40k. Leave it at 40k. Make the minimum 26k for heal/boon 35k for boon dps. Tune all other elite specs to 40k for dps. Make the End game level cap DPS 30 to 35k for encounters. Regular Strikes and raids? 30k dps. CM 40k DPS across 6 dps. if your class specialists Suck so bad as to not be able to do Top DPS for that class in beta and alpha tests of builds. Hire better people. Stop tuning an entire class for what 3% of people can make it do. Whats 85% of people able to make that class do. Stomping the 97% for what the 3% can do is called collective punishment. In every Moral metric, ITS WRONG.

cottonstring_catman: I feel attacked claiming warrior mains get distracted by shiny things, we're not allowed to play as skritt....yet.

and the nerf to natural heal angers me. I was running it as a condi cleanse (the buff would come back quick enough to not matter loosing them).

I swear, anet only wants warriors to be berserker elites now. But then they nerf that damage last patch!

vidaliver1447: As far as i am aware the guardian sword thing is kind of a nerf. First hit is often cucked by blind or aegis, immo on second hit is a scam because 1st one acts as cleanse/boonstrip in this case.

Have to say tho looking at the initiative changes in thief, they didn't nerf it. They straightforward killed it. There's no way to roam against people with permanent blocks, reflects, invulnerabilities and mobility when your only source of safety is taken away lol. I would understand -1 initiative from geting stealth or smth, but giving pretty much -3 is just go next. 8 initiative for cast when you have 10 initiative max, hahaha funny. Never seen a clearer writing "we don't know about game design".

Stoic Demeanor: Increased the internal cooldown from 1 second to 5 seconds in WvW only.

Rushing Justice: Increased the cooldown from 18 seconds to 22 seconds and reduced the power coefficient from 1.5 to 1.2 in WvW only.

Flowing Resolve: Reduced the ammunition count from 2 to 1 in WvW only.

Crashing Courage: Increased the cooldown from 30 seconds to 40 seconds in WvW only.

Holy Reckoning: Reduced the might duration from 4 seconds to 3 seconds in WvW only.

Phoenix Protocol: This trait now applies resolution instead of alacrity in WvW only.

veselt6709: The only place where thief shines is wvw solo or small scale and u cant have even that lol lets be trash pve compared to other options and slightly go down to being average on the mode that this class was designed for :D
