Noryll1327: When he's talking about the iLvL, he's referring to the boss HP values. If they design it around too low of a level, mechanics can get skipped in hard in higher gear groups like what happened during Myths raids. But if they set it too high, then some fights can drag on for a really long time in lower geared/less skilled groups. The possibility for variance is way higher. It's not about players surviving or the gear needed to enter, it's about the boss fight length being a good length and not too fast and unfun, or too slow and dragging.

becuase what's the point if having region dc merged together if people from eu/na are gonna stay in aether/ whatever eu pop raided server is.

Way more important to me to be able to go into pf and play with all servers, that way i don't have to travel to aether lose my fc buffs, not be able to talk to my friends in primal ect.
