NastyMick: What we also need is a 'Reject All' button for loot. When I get an old trial, raid, or even dungeon, rejecting every individual piece of armor is annoying as fuck. Just give a 'reject all' button and follow it with an 'are you sure' prompt.

liquidefreet: The accountwide MSQ will never happen for the simple reason that it would CRASH the sales of these skip books from the cash shop. It's that simple.

blrblr1: Even if you have full omnicraft (as I have) there is no repair ALL button that you want. There is a button that says "repair all", but it will literally only repair gear you just wearing. So nothing in your armory... someone lied to you that crafters can do that... they cant... there is only one difference between repairing via NPC or via own craft... NPC will repair things to 100%... if you have crafter leveled, your gear will be repaired to 199%... that is the ONLY difference..

Overhaul the glam plates to be akin to the WoW wardrobe with previews and location.

Assign hairstyles and chocobo bardings to the new glam plates.

Dyeable chocobo barding.

Enough glam plates for at least every job including crafters and gatherers.

More customisation options in creator. Maybe 2 or 3 more face options and a bunch of new face 'paints'.

Remove job restrictions on every gear that isn't AF gear in glamour.

kzorander8577: Butt sliders are more complicated than you think. Right now each piece of gear has its own shape and model. You'll notice most gear doesn't even reflect what you picked on the boob slider, the exceptions being mainly the starter gear and some ARR gear like the hempen tops. Put the hempen top on a "boob 100" female character and then equip the level 80 DNC artifact gear and watch your boobs almost disappear. So when you start making your butts bigger, if each top is not adjusted for clearance, your butt will start to clip through your other gear. Those who use mods will catch this all the time, especially if they accidentally mix/match body types. I once accidentally used a mod for the Hypostatic casting/healing bottoms that were based on the YAB body, and the Yorha 53 casting/healing boots that were either unmodded or just based on the Bibo body. Yeah, my characters legs clipped out through the boots so you could only see the boots in patches on my legs.

TL;DR: butt sliders would take the devs either revamping every single piece of gear OR completely revamping how character bodies scale in general (something like the Customize plugin), it's not just a simple "but modders do it!" kind of statement.

ark5074: I want the ability to lock gear and items so I can’t sell or discard it on accident. The little icon to show it’s tied to a gear set is so small I barely notice it and as a result I’ve discarded or sold multiple gear pieces without even noticing

VForceWave: I don't for a minute buy the "spaghetti code" bs anymore. Modders have made this game far more playable than anything the devs have done for QoL in a LONG time.

N-1a: All tokens / totems / etc. from savages, extremes, ultimates, alliance raids, and everything else, should just go into the currencies page. They could add another tab. Make it look nice and clean to read with future expandability. All of those items don't need to exist in the first place and could be easily represented by a simple number.

heyimbilliejean: I find the people that would complain about mogstation stuff being account wide very weird. They're not even consistent. Like, those same people don't complain when a new player buys the most recent expac and gets all of the others bundled in for free. Just weird.

David-gj6dc: My guess is they can't overhaul the glam because they haven't been tracking all your acquisitions in that way. It may be a situation where they could implement it, but then you would need to acquire most of the gear again to have it go into that system.

lastdayer101: I think the concept of players who don't care about the story/journey only applies to old school MMO players, and potentially word of mouth players whose introduction was by someone who primarily cares about endgame.

I think most new players either join from marketing or word of mouth related to the story. I feel pretty confident that if you polled random people in the street, you'd find more people who appreciate a good story than people who appreciate teamwork. My logic for this is: basically everyone has watched tv or movies or read a book. Not as many people understand the thrill of challenging themselves on a team.

And so I conclude that pandering to story enjoyers is a more logical direction than pandering to endgame enjoyers. I think the best solution for long term growth/sustain, is to continue to improve the story and immersive elements, continue to revamp the weaker parts of older content.

BaghNakh1: I think some of the things Xeno asks are reasonable and are within the boundaries of things that I'm sure SE agrees they could be good things to implement. But some others have almost zero chances of ever happening. I would categorize them as this:

Very likely that they'll be implemented at some point: more and better beards, better or less limiting character creation, better colorblind support, job transition animations, transfer ownership of house to alts, account warehouse, friends list? (I have no idea what Xeno meant with this due to the editing), unlimited glamour dresser and being able to have a dresser on house, glam catalog like GW2/WoW, everything regarding better portrait functionality, instant repair all button, better character sheet, in-game "personal portable orchestrion", better buff/debuff bar, separate inventory for FSH bait/lures, dungeons always giving an extra random piece of gear at the end.

I think all the rest of things on the list are very unlikely to ever happen, like the account-bind MSQ progression, that is never ever going to happen cuz SE already sells the solution to that problem, there is no reason for them to give MSQ skips for free just because you finish the MSQ once, that would be like asking to being able to switch race/gender through the aesthetician.

My high-on-copium request would be to add spanish language support. It's so silly at this point that SE keeps thinking that all latinos/hispanics are broke-ass players that don't spend money on videogames, there is a reason why some of the biggest streamers are hispanic, most hispanic players nowadays spend a shit ton of money on videogames. Believe me, latino/hispanic players are more than ready to meet another gaming company that wants to facilitate the process of taking their money away from their hands.
