And they're not giving the players any feedback they're sending us BS emails that don't solve the problem. My game was supposed to resub today it won't I got an email saying my sub was canceled because my payment wasn't there because their website won't allow it keeps coming up with the same card not available bullshit. I've contacted my bank and they said there's no block on it so it's not the card it's their janked up shit website they didn't test before releasing

Noriaela: For some reason I'm not shocked. Their store system is ancient as hell and the fact that everything broke the second they try to update it is hilarious.
Prism_Heavy: Square has by far one of the worst stores/website infrastructures on the entire planet. I'm still waiting on an over $100 refund from LAST YEAR because the order was stuck on "shipped" for 3 months until I eventually said "wtf is going on, just gimme my money back." Don't even know if I will. I haven't had any mogstation problems but Square in general needs to get their shit together. Even with them being a Japanese corporation, even Sony and Nintendo don't have it THIS bad.

I resubbed at the start of the year after a couple of month break and it literally took me a week of trying on 3 different browsers to even get my card accepted in the system i dont know a single company besides SE that actually has a hardmode on there payment systems.

three_dog: oh yeah i had this problem about a month ago. SE support just kept telling me to re-register my card, which charges a $1 fee. 4 attempts later it still didn't work, until i started using colorful language in a follow up email. all of a sudden my payment went thru.. never got those service fee charges back tho.

Geist1337: I ran into this issue trying to resub yesterday. I ended up having to buy a 60 day game time card to circumvent it.
veliona8920: Yeah this is catastrophically bad and needs to be addressed immediately, I've had to personally resort to either buying game time cards from amazon or purchasing crysta via amazon pay to pay my sub via the mogstation. This really should be the kick in the pants that SE needs to realize they need to finally do something with the abomination that is the payment procedure for anything related to FFXIV. It's been dogshit forever.
