DrBockNstein: The underline issue with the graphics is one that exists in every other game and is honestly not that big of a deal. It's called the "Time of day/environment" when you have the usual 3 channel graphics(Yeah even 4th alpha channel has this issue) the texture maps are designed to be a certain way and to be viewed under certain lighting conditions. When you have a dynamic day/night system you will eventually run into lighting conditions that are going to be very unfavorable to the "Character" being "lit"and lose quite a bit of detail. Digital foundry did a video about this during the halo infinite "Craig" debacle.
