Zakjuh: Kinda feel the complaint about the raid "difficulty" is asinine. The raid is plenty difficult, it's just not got a strict enrage. You're still not just gonna waltz through all the mechanics without doing them correctly as a group and slide to an easy win. This conflation of "long enrage timer = easy fight" is lame. Enrage timers are part of what can make a fight difficult, but they sure aren't "the difficulty".

exiaedges: The mechanics you describe for Jhen Mohran is pretty similar to Bismarck, but no offense, Jhen Mohran and Bismarck are fights that are not really popular with both Monster Hunter and FFXIV players, as they were heavily criticized by their respective player base.
