0909Alz: I think it would be interesting if bosses also had jobs with passives and skills so you'd need certain phantom jobs to counter mechanics.
Maybe some also switch jobs during battle.

alicedust-c9v: maybe they'll do Phantom jobs gauges ? could allow for "more than 2 ability" with transforming ones or 1 button combos ; stuff "on proc" or "build/spend"
SagelStrider: I just hope there are no restrictions between main and phantom jobs. Like how certain Logos or Bozja actions could only be used on certain jobs. I get why it was that way, I just hope it's designed differently this time.

arcanetoast: Lots of people don't know but you can put the bonus actions on your hotbar by grabbing them from actions > general menu, no keybind needed if you have spare hotbar space
MrMayoyama: Ninja likely will have "stealth" from eureka, which prevents aggro from field mobs, which was useful for accessing quest locations
WikiED: Since they said they are not too keen on going above level 100 it's plausible this is an experiment how they could make a secondary job levelling system so you get to lvl100 war then you start levelling sub-job war if you'd want to continue being pure war.
TheMexRAGE: Phantom two handed for knight could be similar to the essence that made tanks hit like a truck, but make them very fragile (to the point you needed to use your tank mitigation to survive raid wides)
Strider_Shinryu: Everyone seems to be all in on Phantom Counter being a passive of some sort (even if it's one you have to "click on" when it's available) but I'm thinking it may end up being more like Samurai's third eye skill where you have to activate it prior to getting hit which will turn it into an attack and then activate it again to actually use the attack. That feels more likely to me especially since they call it out for "improving your offensive capabilities." If all it did was reflect some damage you took back at an enemy that feels more like a defensive skill to me than an offensive one
