seanmyers4272: Uchiwasshoi (oo-chee-wah-shoy) seems to be a combo of two words, Uchiwa (this style of fan) and washoi (which is a word used in festivals...kinda similar to an English "heave ho!"' typically when carrying portable shrines.

I'd add, the note "Certain items available during ...can be purchased" probably really only refers to things like the snow cones/fireworks. We can be hopeful, but I wouldn't expect much.
