Lumilias: Great questions asked! I love how much technical detail Yoshi-P goes into in explaining how the glamour and equipment system works. This helps explain why a repair all gear button would break the game, because they would have to load ALL equipment at once, rather than a piecemeal approach that is better for the server.

Of course he's not the one hacking away at the code, making the graphics, or designing the encounters, but he does a very different and no less grueling kind of work. He has to be the face of everything. He has to take responsibility. He has to know all about the game, on every level, and answer questions. He has to travel the globe and meet the fans, and understand what the players are asking for. Sure, he gets all the credit, but he also gets all the blame. Only someone who truly cares about his craft can do this kind of job, and come off this convincingly to us devoted fans. I really respect this man. This is a real champ. You hardly ever see this kind of person in the games industry.

If DC travel is the issue for raiding and PF

Then make it so if you Raid and PF with in your own home DC where your character originates then you get a bonus. No different to a Daily roulette as a role in need bonus.

The brutal honesty with the question of DC mass migration, "Well, the simplest solution is to just remove the option altogether. There are better solutions we'd rather implement but that's going to take time." Very good communication overall.
