I find it really strange that YoshiP is making tearful public apologies for insignificant things like delaying an expansion a week or two, but then doesn't say a word when it comes to actual embarrassing stuff like this. I genuinely dont get CBU3's logic.

AgentRood: I find it a bit ridiculous that it's 2025 and we're still releasing cash shop items that include headwear that can't be worn by a significant portion of the player base. Why would I pay full price for a 90% effort?
