Cause due to circumstance I had to give my log in credentials to a friend before when I couldn’t log in myself before. This would save me from doing that again.

Defocus_: I'm curious about the secondary rightsholder, like in the event the main owner isn't on anymore etc, I wonder if there's a certain time when the secondary can become the main holder, just so they don't lose the housing due to not logging in, hopefully the secondary can just log in so the house doesn't become foreclosed.
