Avizzar: VATS related: I think they introduced a new... err feature (bug) with the new V67 Laser Carbine on the public server. Targeting a creature's head in VATS visibly shows shot damage numbers (if that feature is active), but no damage is inflicted (health bar stays full). If I switch to a Fixer or Railway Rifle - VATS headshots inflict damage (health bar goes down). I wonder if anyone else has run into this with this weapon or other weapons?
