VgAce135: It was talked about on Reddit. Unequip Thirst Quencher and it will go away supposedly. This is a game breaking bug and they should put out a hotfix immediately. But some people are saying that Thirst Quencher unequip doesn't do anything either. They need to fix this ASAP.

- AP not regenerating or expending properly.
- Spawning inside world objects when fast traveling to locations (not just when traveling to CAMPs).
- Turbo-Fert Fertilizer Grenades do nothing.
- Wood Fire Brick Stove from last season's scoreboard does nothing.
- Bonuses from being on a team not always applying properly.
- Game sometimes locks up when entering or exiting power armor.

All of this started after the update.
foxtrotwolf6081: It works both ways. I can unload a plasma core in VATS without moving the AP bar. Then, when it catches up, I can't VATS. It's not just events. It's when there's a lot of shooting. I think disappearing bodies is worse. Mole miner titan disappeared in the time it took to get to it from the edge, and neurological robots dissappear before the last one drops. Eviction, you have to decide to defend or run around picking up loot during the event. Can't wait until the event finishes and there's no more bodies to loot.

quadvixen: This is horrible. Coffee does not help, it does start to regenerate but 1% over 10 seconds, something very slow and not helpful as I'm used to it regenerating to 100 as soon as I start to reload. Really hope this is fixed ASAP, EN hasn't been the same :(

Take off thirst quencher - (sucks)

Ways to get it to "sorta work" with thirst quencher still on (still experimenting, this list isn't exhaustive).
I can trigger mine to regen some using "canned coffee" - (expensive)
Tea bag / squat crouch seems to get it to "untrigger" and "regen normally"

It appears something related to the changes in how AP is being generated with thirst quencher is an issue, people who are saying it isn't thirst quencher, people are sharing it as a low cost card to benefit everyone so people are getting triggered with thirst quencher without having it... it seems like taking radiation dmg causes thirst quencher to bug out (from what I have seen / experienced).

SirRoderickThunderbottom: The problem lies with Thirst quencher. the bug occurs when taking radiation as it's constantly triggering the remove AP because you're diseased part of the perk which is stopping AP from regenerating.
this is why its most noticeable at eviction notice because of the area's radiation
