last2nkow: obvious thing for Mummer to do is get in on a revolving stock of legendary mod boxes.
i like the idea of each faction having special 4 and 5 star legendary boxes/recipes for their gold vender to sell, and the 1,2 and 3star ones being revolving stock for Murmmur and Minerva to sell.
it also makes sense for events and future main quest content to have new Legendary mods drops as rewards.

They sad it would not be included in the update unless I heard and read wrong.
