With the introduction of the scrap box, it made plastic a moot item.
Two other places, you can farm plastic like crazy, is the 4th floor of the asylum, and the dining areas at Watoga high school.
Morgantown high has quite a bit of plastic as well.
So, it really makes this dumpster useless, unless you have a Red Rocket themed build, LOL!
The only thing I got, was the coffee machine skin.

StudioCreations: IF you are not running a Fallout 1st Account and have to constantly BULK items to manage stash weight, this dumpster would be a good investment for the PLASTIC that you need to do the bulking.

More specifically now, for collection challenges.
Need to collect 30 glass? Bulk them and then scrap them :D
justindpeak: Remember when we had to farm stuff? They officially killed all farming in the game. Everything is given to you on a silver platter now. Plastic used to be useful when crafting shotgun shells was a thing. Now, ammo is no longer needed to be farmed. Game has completely changed.
Santoroz: It says it generates "junk". That's not your fault for thinking it produces "junk".
That's their fault for bad description.
