RequiemsGrace: This entire live stream told me 2 things:
1.) Turtle has never done a raid before in any game, ever in his entire life.
2.) Never run a raid with Turtle.
First and largest raid sin: Starting encounters before people are ready. He did this with -every-single-encounter-. When someone drops and has to re-join, they run from the START of the dungeon, not nearby. If you start the encounter before they are nearby, you essentially just locked them out. They have to sit and twiddle their thumbs until you finish and get ZERO rewards if you complete it. They weren't leaving Turtle like he proclaimed, he was actively abandoning them.
Secondly... Turtle has ZERO awareness. Period. None at all. Robots flying directly in front of his face, directly... and he complains that they're getting past him. Took him 20 minutes to realize the ultracite crystals only damaged enemies with their AOE and running around breaking every crystal as fast as possible was soft locking the raid.
Thirdly, it's considered EXTREMELY rude in raid environments, for you not to die and "Wipe" when half the team is dead, so everyone can play, not just yourself. You forced 3 people who came to help you... to stand there and do nothing but watch as you ran about for 40 minutes trying to complete an encounter. Worst of all, half of them got no rewards or achievements for the entire section because you started without half of them. Actively behaving this way while simultaneously requesting others die and wipe when you go down... This takes a level of ego which is simply unacceptable in any raid team.
All in all, he was able to ham-fist his way through the entire raid, but he actively abandoned his entire team and robbed them of loot and accolades at every possible chance. Extreme "I'm the streamer, i'm the only one that matters" behavior. Intentional or not, this just shouldn't be happening..
FlowChicago: Damn I’m surprised it runs well and didn’t crash once. Already a massive improvement over the old raids. Angry Turtle is a terrible team player though. He treated this like it was a solo Daily Op.
Tattletale-Delta: I'm sure he'll get better, but it's clear that AT is not used to being on a team; he is used to being the boss and having Others support Him. Dude plays this game like it's Single Player and everyone else is just an npc.
KetoFitChef: I can tell you right now, dying and not being able to rejoin unless your whole team dies, is going to make players not want to partake in the Raids.
Because unless you’re a “Tank”, which only one of my 3 characters are, you’re likely to die and watch the remaining players play more often than you’re playing.
Some of the ridiculous ways that Turtle was dying out of nowhere, is proof of that. They need to change it to a brief “Timeout”, rather than a “Perma-Death”.
CarlosEduardoDionizio: RAID = Work in Group!
jasonpowley4913: Thank you to the other team mates with unfathomable patience getting us a peek at this debacle.
HarryB4497: It’s nice to see real endgame content for the game but I can only tell this content will be vaulted eventually.
People are going into this expecting a glorified Daily Op with respawns but it isn’t and people are already complaining. I agree teammates should have a chance to revive you but there isn’t meant to be respawns outside of checkpoints with Raid content. It’s a Raid, it’s not meant to be easy.
driven5729: Yeah man, I am sorry, but you got -10 awareness lol. So painful to watch about the doors, the moleminers and the rest...There's literally a healthbar for the drill, yes it can be destroyed. Some look for fuel, others defend the drill. I hope I will NOT get teammates like AT
Zaudejis: Hahaha, its amazing how long it took them to figure this out. The people who mainly only play this easy game are not equipped mentally for anything that requires critical thinking.
Harothir: I'm so excited to see that Bethesda is adding a decent amount of new content to FO76. It's so much deserved. This game has always deserved the treatment they are starting to give it now.
Pyrate_Of_Las_Vegas: That's not how Raids are done. That's not how any of this is done.
