theheatinferno8420: The mini gun has always been underpowered. Good for my non VATS heavy gunner. It's good to change it up when railway rifles can kill Earl in 30 seconds. Everyone is always complaining that the game is too easy.

It’s like they noticed a vampire fixer build only had more Damage AND more range AND more armor penetration AND better stealth AND better accuracy… but we better nerf vampire shotgun healing to the point of being unviable because it’s outperforming the commando builds in one niche category.
rotraven: now they need to combine Commando and Rifleman into one perk; same with Gunslinger and Guerilla along with unstacking all the pistol perks out outside agility
cccccody14: I can't wait to check all the changes out when it does come to live version. I've currently saved 524 modules in anticipation for the update!
dinocactus8356: -30% reload on quad is crazy. I hope that doesn't stay. But it seems most other changes are good for legendaries.
Steve-go6oq: I wish they'd decrease the spin up speed for the minigun. Hell I'd take it as a third star.
EyebrowBandit: Had me worried about the vampire change. I'm glad follow upp attacks still stack, it would've been pretty bad if it didn't.
Yotamb9: I like the changes overall but still feel iffy about the Quad changes. Same with Vampire. Were shotguns really so overpowered that they needed one of their few advantages taken away? At least buff them in other ways so that they don't feel just plain worse...

kompott_addict: Was going to say rip shotguns, but i think now my double barrel shotgun is going to do much more dmg in vats(bcs all Pellets hit the head). Since the doublebarrel doesnt have any option for anti armor apart from the legendary effect, the head dmg bypass sounds good. I think im going to build a full hp vats shotgunner. When the new cards cone out ofc.

PensFan35: I have like over 1000 hours on FO76 and am close to level 1000 but I haven’t played in almost 2 years so this games going to feel basically brand new when I come back.
