They get worse with every patch, it's like Bethesda just cares about what's currently new. it gives it 2 patches and moves on and forgets everything all the previous and repeats the cycle.

Here's an idea, Bethesda.... stabilise the old content. Expedition and Raids are still completely unstable and have recieved no love since the ghoul update, which made them worse.... fix old content before you make new content.
