kevinjr1981: It's probably related to the Enclave base in Skyline Valley that was removed during PTS when people figured out how to get in.

CalebSmith-u7r: The tesla cannon origins fallout 3, then used in fallout nv with a enclave upgraded one, then was a mod in creation club in fallout 4. It has poor accuracy but in nv did. Bleed like damage 20\10 seconds
